Anger Grows about Taxpayer Subsidized Racy Rap Video

A Willow County fire captain teamed up with a local rapper to shoot a rap video on county property. The video was filmed with Fire Captain “Marcus” while he was “on duty, using the district’s equipment and building without county approval.”

Assistant Yolo County counsel Dan Cederborg said he didn’t think it was a “big deal.”  Fire Chief Kim Timothy did not apologize and said that the media was violating the firefighters rights by tracking them down.

Taxpayers felt differently “That property, all those fire trucks belong to all of us,” said resident Tim Hickerson.

It is not clear if disciplinary action will be taken.
