SIMI VALLEY, Ca. (KABC) – A 21-year-old transient was arrested Thursday after police discovered he had been living on top of refrigerators at the Pavilion’s Pharmacy in Simi Valley. Responding to a report of a possible burglary, officers found Tristan Odegard-Brown with remnants of drywall and ceiling tile on his clothing.
Police later discovered a large hole in the pharmacy’s ceiling, apparently where Odegard-Brown entered. Police said he had been living on top of the refrigerator units. He was arrested for burglary, possession of drug paraphernalia and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
