Will Republicans Turn Out The Vote And Win Today?

In response to Northern Virginia Polling Area Opens Doors to Low Turnout:

Traditionally, Republicans stand to gain when there is a low voter turnout, but after seeing what the Democrats did in 2012, I believe all bets could be off. I apologize for sounding pessimistic, but  I doubt the Republicans were able to make the necessary changes to the failed election strategy they used in the  2012 election debacle.
