Obama: November's All About Me, Dammit!

With embattled Democrats already doing everything they can to make November’s election not about Barack Obama – given his terrible poll numbers – the Democrat-in-Chief’s ego appears to have gotten the best of him during an address at Northwestern University.

“I am not on the ballot this fall. Michelle’s pretty happy about that. But make no mistake: these policies are on the ballot. Every single one of them,”
said Obama.

As Cole Avery, of NOLA.com and The Times-Picayune points out, “The president’s position can’t be welcomed news to Democratic candidates around the nation, including Louisiana’s Mary Landrieu, who are fighting for their seats in Republican leaning states.
Republicans have been trying for more than a year to link Landrieu and Obama in the minds of the voters.”

Obama may not be able to get immigration, Ebola or the Secret Service right but at least he had time to make what amounts to a public service announcement on behalf of the GOP in the run-up to the November mid-terms.
