FBI Seeks Help Locating Texas Teen Possibly in Mexico

Laredo, Texas-based FBI agents are seeking the public’s help in locating a teen boy missing and potentially in Mexico. Two other males are currently being sought by law enforcement in the hope they have additional information on the matter.

An FBI bulletin names Jose De Luna, 17, as missing since September 22. The 5’6” teen was last seen crossing into Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, on foot reportedly wearing red shorts and a black shirt. Officials say Luna’s family became concerned after he did not return home as expected and calls to his mobile phone went unanswered. He weighs roughly 140 pounds and has short, black hair with brown eyes. He is currently enrolled as a student at Nixon High School in Laredo, Texas.

Federal investigators are also seeking information on the whereabouts of two other males — Yoshio Yammil Ordaz Garcia, 33, and Joshua “Jay” Hernandez, 19. Both are residents of Laredo and are believed to have information on De Luna’s current location. Ordaz is reportedly “5’ 6” in height, approximately 180 pounds and has short, black hair and brown eyes.” He is a Mexican national working as a mechanic in Texas. Hernandez is 5’11” and sports a leg tattoo which says “Genaro.”
