Actor Arrested on Charges He Repeatedly Raped 13-Year-Old Girl

Actor Cameron Thor was arrested this week on charges he sexually assaulted a 13-year-old student he met at his acting school.

Thor, 54, was charged with “kidnapping with the intent to commit rape,” according to CBS Los Angeles. Police believe he sexually assaulted the student over a 11-month period.

Officials said the victim met with Thor about attending acting classes. After a consultation, they allege he drove her to a secluded area in Agoura Hills and sexually assaulted her. The alleged victim was 13 at the time.

The case was presented to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office Wednesday. Deputy District Attorney Simone Shay filed the following charges against the suspect: Eleven counts of a sex crime on a child under 14, one count of kidnapping, robbery, rape, sexual penetration and another of rape or sexual penetration.

Thor runs an acting school, Carter Thor Studios, and has appeared in high profile features like Hook, A Few Good Men and Jurassic Park.
