Victims of a crazed woman in a pickup truck, who flew into a violent road rage over an indecent hand gesture while driving in California’s Sierra foothills, were able to capture the incident on video.

Dierdre Orozco, 50, had reportedly cut off the women in a white Mazda two times before being flipped the bird by the person in the passenger’s seat, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. That’s when Orozco went on the rampage.

She reportedly parked her pickup truck in an attempt to stop the women from passing her, then got out of her car and posed as a sheriff’s deputy. The women called 911, and a California Highway Patrol dispatcher told them to take the next exit.

As the women drove away, Orozco followed them and proceeded to side-swipe their vehicle, forcing them onto the shoulder of the road. At one point, one of the women could be heard frantically screaming, “I’m f***ing freaking out!” before their car was hit by Orozco.

Orozco followed the women to the Dutch Flat exit on  Interstate 80, where she was arrested by CHP who were waiting for her. She was booked into Placer County Jail, where she remains on $25,000 bail, the Chronicle notes. She was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, reckless driving, and resisting arrest.

The victims will likely be forced to face Orozco again, as they will need to attend civil court to collect damages to their vehicle.
