A man armed with a BB gun stole money out of the tip jar of a Starbucks in Sacramento–and then shot and wounded a customer who tried to stop him.
The alleged robbery and assault took place around 6:30 a.m. at the Starbucks located at 1461 Meadowview Road, according to the Sacramento Bee. The robber reportedly fled, but was later arrested by the Sacramento Police on charges of robbery and assault with a deadly weapon.

The victim was reportedly taken to a hospital and treated for the non-life threatening wound to his ear.
Breitbart News spoke with an employee of the Starbucks who said the Starbucks was open for business and operating normally following the incident. The suspect’s name and picture has reportedly not been released.
