Biden Gets Frisky With Female Senator

Vice President Joe Biden was doing his traditional duty to pose with the newly sworn in Senators at the State Capitol. He joked with Senator Heidi Heitkamp’s (ND-D) family, “Spread your legs, you’re going to get frisked.” The look on Mr. Heitkamp’s face says it all.
