Chilling Raw Video: Gunman Paces Outside Brevard County Courthouse While Police Watch

News 13: VIERA — Shots have been fired outside the Brevard County Courthouse in Viera during a standoff between deputies and a man with a gun. The gunman was first spotted around 10:15 a.m. Friday. Several gunshots were heard outside the courthouse around 12:50 p.m. The courthouse and the surrounding area has been put on lockdown.
