CNN Commentator and pro-Hillary super PAC advisor Paul Begala quipped that a woman who kissed GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump at a caucus site “Could be a future trophy wife” during the network’s coverage of the Iowa caucuses on Monday.
Begala began by noting, “He ain’t pressing the flesh. Donald Trump is a noted germophobe. He can’t stand to shake hands, and yet he’s leading, as a politician, in Iowa.”
Host Anderson Cooper then said,”[S]omebody just kissed him.” Begala then quipped, “Could be a future trophy wife. We don’t know.” Begala added Trump is “very successful with the ladies.”
