Phoenix Suns forward Markieff Morris got into it on the bench Wednesday with Suns guard Archie Goodwin during their game against the Golden State Warriors.
Morris, 6-foot-10, 245 pounds can be seen talking to a sitting Goodwin, 6-5, 200 pounds, and then a shoving match began.
The two had to be separated by teammates.
“That was nothing. That was part of being a leader and big brother,” Morris said of the altercation. “Of course it looks bad. Everything I do looks bad.”
The Suns ended up falling to the Warriors 112-104, giving them a 14-40 record on the year, the second-worst in the Western Conference.
