Scarborough Makes Pitch for Elizabeth Warren: ‘At Least She Won’t Inspire Mass Shootings’

Friday, MSNBC “Morning Joe” host Joe Scarborough offered up what would be a pitch for “Never Trump” Republicans regarding Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s (D-MA) 2020 campaign.

Scarborough said that Warren may be “too liberal” for some, but he argued at least the senator from Massachusetts would “respect constitutional norms” and “won’t inspire mass shootings.”

“I think there are a lot of people who are thinking, OK, if Elizabeth Warren gets in there and she’s too liberal, well, we’ll have Congress to balance her out, but at least she’ll respect constitutional norms, at least she won’t threaten the safety of members of the press, at least she won’t she won’t inspire mass shootings or inspire Coast Guard people, or inspire other people in Florida, to make hit lists of Democratic politicians,” stated Scarborough.
