'Modern Family' Star Calls Phil Robertson an 'A**hole' on Twitter

Openly gay Modern Family actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson saluted free speech today after the star of Duck Dynasty got suspended for speaking from the heart about the gay lifestyle.

Ferguson, who plays the gay character Mitchell on the Emmy-winning show, also used his own free speech to slam Phil Robertson for his views on gays and sinning.

The actor took to Twitter to comment on the imbroglio, employing a word that couldn’t be heard on his own show.
