And even if the star of the anticipated young adult movie Divergent does find her soul mate she isn’t sure monogamy is in the cards. Blame our genes, she tells Marie Claire.
The actress opened up to the magazine about life, love and dating, and she described herself as a romantic late bloomer.
I just haven’ met anyone where I was like, ‘Wow I could definitely see myself spending a season of my life with you,'” Woodley told the April issue of Marie Claire. “I don’t even know if humans are genetically made to be with one person forever.
Divergent, which opens Friday, casts the Descendants star in a film set in a future where people are grouped together based on their innate skill sets. Woodley’s character is deemed “divergent,” meaning she does not belong to any one group and may be targeted for elimination as a result.
