Ministers Plan Bill to Annex Eastern Jerusalem’s Ma’ale Adumim

The Algemeiner reports: JNS.org — Plans are underway to officially present a bill that would apply Israeli sovereignty to the large east Jerusalem settlement of Ma’ale Adumim, leaders of the Knesset’s Land of Israel lobby announced Tuesday.

At a parliament meeting, MKs Yoav Kisch and Bezalel Smotrich said the motion will be presented Sunday to the Ministerial Committee on Legislation, for immediate approval.

Kisch said that anyone who believes such a move “is an obstacle to peace is talking about a peace I don’t want.”
