Executions 'Common Spectacle' in Jihadist-Controlled Syria: UN

Public executions, as well as amputations, lashings and mock crucifixion take place regularly on Fridays in parts of Syria controlled by the so-called Islamic State (IS), a UN-mandated probe said Wednesday.
