Eight Killed in Firing Incident in Pakistan's Quetta

Islamabad, October 23 (QNA) – Eight people were killed in firing incident at Hazar Ganji in Pakistan’s Quetta, according to (Radio Pakistan).

SP Saryab Imran Qureshi said the victims were shopkeepers who were going back after buying fruits and vegetables from Sabzi Mandi.

According to police, the incident took place in Hazar Ganji area on the outskirts of Quetta where unknown gunmen fired shots on a bus.

The bodies and injured were shifted to civil hospital Quetta and Zia Medical Center.

Security forces have cordoned off the area and engaged in investigation. (QNA)
