The year-long migrant crisis befalling Europe continues to develop, as thousands more reach the continent and others move deeper within its borders. With the news that Austria and Germany had opened its borders, thousands of migrants began departing Hungary on foot Sunday.
Reuters published a photo essay from September 1 that showed people move towards Austria from Hungary:

Over 4,000 migrants started the journey to Austria during the weekend.
