Nov. 12 (UPI) — Rookie guard Quenton Nelson added some serious scream technique to his pancake blocks during the Indianapolis Colts’ win against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The 6-foot-5, 330-pound offensive lineman did his best Brick Tamland “I don’t know what we’re yelling about” impression in the first quarter of the 29-26 AFC South victory on Sunday in Indianapolis.

The Colts had a 2nd and 4 on the Indianapolis 42-yard-line during his pancake sequence. Running back Marlon Mack took a handoff from quarterback Andrew Luck and jetted right, following Nelson through the Jaguars’ defensive line. Nelson came up on Jaguars safety Barry Church, who was attempting to get to Mack.

Nelson — who was screaming the entire time right from the snap — plowed over Church, sending the 6-foot-2, 218-pound defender to the ground. The block helped spring Mack for a seven yard gain.

The Colts scored two plays later when Luck passed deep to tight end Eric Ebron for a 53-yard touchdown.

Nelson, 22, was the No. 6 overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft. The Notre Dame product has started every game this season for Indianapolis.
