June 29 (UPI) — GFriend singer Yuju is making her solo debut.
The 20-year-old South Korean singer, born Choi Yu-na, shared a lyric video Friday for her first solo single, “Love Rain,” featuring singer-songwriter Suran.
GFriend promoted the song on its official Twitter account.
“#GFRIEND #YUJU #Love_Rain (Feat. #Suran) – #Yuju (#GFriend),” the group wrote.
Yuju had teased the single with a promo image earlier this week.
GFriend, which consists of Yuju, Sowon, Yerin, Eunha, SinB and Umji, debuted as a group in 2015. The K-pop stars are known for the singles “Rough,” “Navillera” and “Love Whisper.”
