Jerusalem (AFP) – Palestinian militants fired three projectiles at Israel from the Gaza Strip on Friday, the Israeli army said, as fears of another round of conflict grew.
Two of the projectiles were intercepted by Israel’s aerial defense system, it said, while the airforce carried out a series of strikes against Gaza’s Islamist rulers Hamas.
