June 6 (UPI) — Meghan King Edmonds is a mom to twins.

The 33-year-old television personality welcomed twin sons with husband and retired MLB player Jim Edmonds.

Jim shared the news in a post Wednesday on Instagram Stories. He posted a photo of his baby boys’ footprints on his arm.

“They made it. Everyone is safe and healthy. Pictures will come soon,” the 47-year-old former St. Louis Cardinals players said.

Meghan King Edmonds announced in December she was expecting twin boys, and later recreated Beyoncé’s iconic pregnancy photo. She said in an Instagram post in May she was expecting an uncomplicated delivery.

“I’m so excited today because not only did I make it to 35 weeks pregnant (average twin gestation in the US) but both boys are (FINALLY!! After not cooperating for weeks!) in position to allow me to have a smooth labor!” the star wrote.

“I feel so happy, positive, and relieved!” she added. “Thank you for all your good vibes, keep them coming so that I can have the labor I want (drug-free/intervention-free!).

Jim Edmonds is also father to 18-month-old daughter Aspen with Meghan Edmonds, and to four other children, Lauren, Hayley, Landon and Sutton, from previous relationships. Meghan Edmonds came to fame on the Bravo series The Real Housewives of Orange County.
