Moon: N. Korea’s nuclear moratorium ‘very significant’

Seoul (AFP) – Nuclear-armed North Korea’s moratorium on atomic blasts and long-range missile tests was “very significant”, the South’s President Moon Jae-in said after a summit Friday.

“The nuclear freeze that has already been put in place by the North has a very significant meaning,” Moon said. “It will be an important step towards complete denuclearisation of the Korean peninsula.”
