Moscow has not used its air defence systems in Syria: agencies pop/nm/wdb/rlp

Moscow (Russia) (AFP) – Russia has not used its air defence systems in Syria in response to Western air strikes targeting the Damascus regime, news agencies quoted the defence ministry as saying on Saturday.

“Russian air defence systems located on Syrian territory have not been used to counter the missile strikes” launched by the United States, France and Britain, the ministry was quoted as saying by Russian agencies.
