June 15 (UPI) — Naya Rivera is officially divorced from ex-husband Ryan Dorsey.
The 31-year-old actress finalized her divorce from the 34-year-old actor Thursday in Los Angeles, according to TMZ. The Los Angeles Superior Court confirmed to E! News a stipulated judgement was entered in court.
Court documents obtained by The Blast show Rivera and Dorsey will share joint custody of 2-year-old son Josey Hollis. The pair both waived the right to spousal support, with Rivera making a one-time payment of $30,000 to Dorsey.
Rivera initially filed for divorce from Dorsey in November 2016 after two years of marriage. She dismissed her divorce filing in October amid rumors of a reconciliation, but refiled for divorce in December following an altercation with Dorsey.
The former Glee star was released on bond in November after being arrested for alleged domestic battery. Dorsey said the actress struck him in the head and the bottom lip during a walk with their son.
