Jerusalem (AFP) – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed Tuesday police were recommending his indictment in a corruption probe and proclaimed his innocence in an address to the nation after the news broke.
Police earlier Tuesday recommended that Netanyahu be indicted in two cases of alleged corruption after a long-running probe, media reports said.
