Nov. 12 (UPI) — Netflix has released a teaser trailer that highlights all of their upcoming Christmas content, including a Chilling Adventures of Sabrina special and a new film starring Kurt Russell as Santa Claus.
The clip, released Monday, announces that Chilling Adventures of Sabrina: A Midwinter’s Tale, will arrive onto the streaming service on Dec. 14.
Sabrina (Kiernan Shipka) is seen in the teaser enjoying Christmas with her two aunts, Aunt Zelda (Miranda Otto) and Aunt Hilda (Lucy Davis).
Russell, meanwhile, dons a full white beard and pilots a sleigh with reindeer as Santa Claus in The Christmas Chronicles. The film, which follows a brother and sister who help Santa save Christmas after they accidentally crash his sleigh, is set for release on Nov. 22.
The teaser also highlighted other holiday-themed original content coming to Netflix including a sequel to film A Christmas Prince titled A Christmas Prince: The Royal Wedding which arrives on Nov. 16; film The Princess Switch starring Vanessa Hudgens also set for release on Nov. 16; romantic film The Holiday Calendar, Fuller House Season 4 which will include a holiday episode when it arrives on Dec. 14; a holiday special for baking program Nailed It! set for release on Dec. 7; a Super Monsters holiday special coming on Dec. 7; and The Great British Baking Show: Holidays, which is set for release on Nov. 30.
