May 11 (UPI) — NFL All-Pros Antonio Brown and Todd Gurley were in South Florida Friday working out with University of Miami wide receiver Ahmmon Richards.

Hurricanes players Dee Wiggins and Mark Pope also participated in the workouts.

Gurley and Brown posted videos of the session on Instagram and Snapchat. Brown’s video began with him mentoring the players and showing off his abs. The athletes then used resistance and walked around the field, which was surrounded by palm trees and under a beating sun.

Brown and Gurley then showed off their foot speed by holding a resistance band for each other as they churned their legs forward. The players eventually all lined up on the fence for some more sweating and leg workouts.

The last scene in both of their videos showed the All-World players competing side-by-side with resistance bands at their wrists. They had six weights on the ground and had to touch them in a particular order.

A Twitter user asked Richards about the squinting look he gave the camera in the Instagram videos.

“That sun was cooking,” he replied.

Brown — a Miami native — has been working out hard all offseason. He has been posting videos of the workouts to his Instagram and Snapchat accounts. The sessions often include Brown fighting off the heat while sprinting down Florida beaches.

Richards had 439 yards and three scores on 24 receptions during his sophomore season for the Hurricanes. The 6-foot-1, 190-pound pass catcher had 934 yards and three scores on 49 receptions in 13 games during his freshman campaign. The Wellington High School product was lost for the 2017 season in November after injuring the meniscus in his left knee during practice. Richards is one of the top wide receiver prospects for the 2019 NFL Draft.
