Seven found dead at Australia rural property: police

Perth (Australia) (AFP) – Four children and three adults were found dead Friday at a rural property in western Australia, apparently with gunshot wounds, police said after recovering two weapons from the scene.

“It appears that gunshot wounds are there but I don’t want to go further than that as two firearms have been located at the scene,” Western Australia police commissioner Chris Dawson said.

He added that police were not looking for a suspect — suggesting a potential murder-suicide.
