Spain PM honours ETA’s victims as force disbands

Madrid (AFP) – Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy paid tribute on Friday to victims of the Basque separatist group ETA as it sealed its final dissolution.

“Now that ETA has at last announced its disappearance, our first thought must be for the victims, for all of them without exception, without distinctions,” Rajoy said in an address.
