May 9 (UPI) — A proud pup parent in California shared video of his dog showing off her talents by shredding waves on a surfboard.
The video, recorded Wednesday in Santa Cruz, shows Skyler the surfing dog riding her board solo alongside some human amateurs.
Skyler shows off her balance by managing to stay on her board even while the surfers around her plunge into the water.
Homer Henard, Skyler’s owner, said she has been shredding since she was a puppy and he noticed how well she took to his paddleboard.
