LOS ANGELES, Oct. 3 (UPI) —
Hugh Jackman has joined the fight against testicular cancer and shared a photo and video of himself #FeelingNuts on Instagram.
The X-Men star, 45, took to the image sharing site Wednesday to promote the new #FeelingNuts campaign, in which men are encouraged to perform self-exams on a regular basis in an effort to diagnose testicular cancer during its early stages.
The actor first shared a photo of himself and four friends — one of them being famed photographer Nigel Barker — checking themselves at the gym.
"I accept @sambranson," Jackman wrote in the caption and nominated three more men to complete the test. "#feelingnuts raising awareness for testicular cancer. Nominating @ActuallyNPH @michaelstrahan @rickygervais"
He later shared a video of himself performing the test in slow motion.
Nominee Ricky Gervais promptly completed the challenge and also shared a photo of himself performing the test.
