White House Signals Veto of Keystone Legislation

President Obama is still traveling in Asia, but the White House is keenly aware of Democrats folding on their strict opposition to the Keystone pipeline.

A Senate vote on the pipeline is expected to take place on Thursday.

While in Naypyitaw, Myanmar, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest explained to reporters that Obama had taken a “dim view” of Congress passing Keystone legislation.
