U.S. Air Force Capt. Dustin Ash surprised his family with an early homecoming at the famous yearly matchup between the Oklahoma State Cowboys and Oklahoma Sooners.

During the football game, the Cowboys pick a child to be Pistol Pete’s Partner of the Game. But this selection had a deeper meaning behind it.
Ash ran out from the tunnels where his children greeted him with warm hugs on an extremely cold night in Stillwater. Matt Felch, the MidFirst Mic and Fan Development Coordinator for OSU, orchestrated the reunion.
