President Donald Trump plans to announce Thursday a plan to help American farmers and ranchers at the White House.
The event is scheduled to begin at 3:15 p.m. EST.
The president is expected to detail $16 billion in aid for farmers suffering from retaliatory tariffs on agricultural products exported to China.
