3 American Women Hope for Upsets Monday in France

Sunday’s singles action finished in France with Agnieszka Radwanska defeating Ana Ivanovic 6-2, 6-4 after Roger Federer escaped. On Monday three American women will try to join favorite Serena Williams in the Quarterfinals, but all are underdogs. They can take heart from the upset win by Svetlana Kuznetsova (unseeded) on the woman’s side and 32-seed Tommy Robredo on the men’s side.
