Six-Time Deportee Charged in Hit-and-Run Death of Elderly Texan

SUGARLAND, Texas — Fort Bend County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a six-time deported Honduran criminal alien on charges connected to the hit-and-run death of an 81-year-old woman. Immigration officials confirmed the illegal alien’s immigration history and the placement of a detainer to prevent his possible release.

3-Time Deportee Gets 46 Months in Prison for Illegal Re-Entry

A federal court in New York sentenced a three-time deported Mexican national to 46 months in prison following his second conviction for felony re-entry after removal. Border Patrol Agent Assaulted near Texas Border

A previously deported Honduran migrant assaulted a U.S. Border Patrol agent at an immigration checkpoint near the Texas border. The agents sustained minor injuries as the driver of the vehicle attempted to drive off during an apprehension attempt.

Deported Criminal Alien Assaulted Border Patrol Agent, Say Feds

A previously deported criminal alien from Mexico assaulted a Del Rio Sector Border Patrol agent during an arrest. The Mexican national with an extensive criminal history was traveling with a large group of migrants near the immigration checkpoint on Highway 57 in South Texas.

Texas ICE Operation Lands 145 Due for Deportation

Immigration officers arrested nearly 150 criminal aliens, previously deported illegal immigrants, and foreign nationals subject to an order of removal during a seven-day targeted operation in Central and South Texas. The operation took place in Texas cities from Waco and southward to the Rio Grande Valley.
