Official: Trump State Department Cut Off $10B in Russian Arms Transfers

The Trump administration cut off about $10 billion in Russian arms transfers in just a few months time as part of its efforts to challenge Russia. The administration considers Russia a strategic competitor, according to Christopher Ford, assistant secretary of State and head of the Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation.
