Critics: Hillary Clinton Plans to Flood U.S. With Muslim Refugees

More than 45 percent of the refugees resettled in the United States in FY 2016, 38,556 out of 84,995, were Muslim, according to the Department of State’s interactive website. Of the 12,587 Syrian refugees who were resettled in the United States in FY 2016, more than 99 percent, 12,487, were Muslim.

Outgoing Obama Plans to Increase Refugees by Twenty-Nine Percent Next Year

Included in Obama’s proposal is a plan to bring in a “significantly higher” number of Syrian refugees in FY 2017 than the 11,503 who have arrived in FY 2016 as of Wednesday. The Obama administration set a goal of 10,000 this year, and has already exceeded that number with more than two weeks to go in this fiscal year.

Jeff Sessions: ‘Right and Moral and Just and Biblical’ to Enforce Immigration Law

During his speech at the “Road to Majority” conference in Washington, D.C. on Friday, Sessions said, “the idea that nations don’t set laws, establish who can and can’t enter, is not biblical in my opinion.” After joking about how there was a wall built in Jerusalem, Sessions cited the Bible, but didn’t specifically mention presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump and his plan to build a wall along the southern border with Mexico.
