NEW YORK (AP) — A federal appeals court on Tuesday blocked a New York prosecutor from obtaining Donald Trump’s tax returns while the president’s lawyers continue to fight a subpoena seeking the records. The three-judge panel ruled after hearing brief arguments from both sides.

Hollywood celebrities are proclaiming that the end of President Donald Trump is nigh after the Supreme Court delivered a split decision Thursday in two cases over whether the commander in chief can keep his personal tax returns from investigators. The high court ruled that the Manhattan District Attorney can obtain Trump’s tax records, but it denied a similar effort by House Democrats.

New York Times Publishes Trump Tax Data Spanning Ten Years

The New York Times has published the personal tax data of President Donald Trump spanning a decade’s worth of time from long before he was a candidate for president, saying the documents show that Trump lost more than a billion dollars in the timeframe of 1985 to 1994.
