A group of 80 defendants were charged in a case with members and associates of the Aryan Brotherhood.
Jake Lindsey Hardin, aka “Cash,” 33, was a fugitive for six months before his arrest in November 2016, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said in a statement.
According to court documents, Hardin took delivery of ounce-sized quantities of methamphetamine and distributed them to customers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In the span of several months in 2016, 80 defendants received drug-related charges in connection with the case, including members and associates of the Aryan Brotherhood.
After pleading guilty to one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance, Hardin was sentenced by U.S. District Judge John McBryde to 20 years in federal prison.
The investigation was conducted by multiple agencies including: Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), the Fort Worth Police Department, the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE).
