On May 25 Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America founder Shannon Watts “lashed out” at CNN anchor Deborah Feyerick for not politicizing Elliot Rodger’s Santa Barbara attacks.
According to Twitchy.com, Feyerick said: “It’s got to be about the mental health, and not firearms.”
Shannon Watts reacted by tweeting that “it’s not just about mental illness @DebFeyerickCNN it’s easy access to guns” and “@CNN host bans gun topic.”
Attention starved Watts also tweeted that others should tweet Feyerick to let her know that guests should be allowed to focus on guns.
