Romney Goes After Obama: President Is 'Over His Head'

While other GOP contenders continued to contrast themselves to their fellow candidates in their speeches following the Iowa presidential caucus, Mitt Romney only briefly congratulated Rick Santorum on his strong performance and then launched into a passionate assault on the policies and record of President Obama.
