MSNBC’s Chris Matthews of “Hardball,” when he’s not confiding about the “tingle” up his leg during Obama’s speeches, is fawning over that “cute, wonderful boyish smile” of Obama’s. This time, he is insisting that the smile is “worth five to ten points in the general election.”
