One of two car bomb attacks against Israelis today in both India and Georgia included this attack on a diplomatic car carrying the wife of the Israeli defence attaché in New Delhi. The car exploded after a motorcycle-borne assailant attached a device to its rear before speeding away. The woman inside was injured by shrapnel and taken to hospital for emergency treatment. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has blamed Iran.
