WI Teachers Union Illegally Protests In Rotunda, Capitol Police Do Nothing

To celebrate the anniversary of the Wisconsin labor protests against Gov. Scott Walker’s budget repair bill, the University of Wisconsin Teaching Assistants Association held a parade at the capitol. They did not have a required permit to occupy the rotunda, but video from the MacIver Institute suggests that they had some “prior understanding established” with the Capitol Police Chief.
