Tallest Tower In West Europe Gets Final Touches

The final pieces of the ‘Shard’ skycraper are being erected in central London. With 95 floors and at 310 metres high, it will be the tallest tower in the Western Europe. Its architect, Renzo Piano, says he wants to build a “vertical city”.
