Obama Admits He's Just Speculating On List Of Programs GOP Will Cut

At every opportunity President Obama lists out a series of government programs the Republicans would like to cut including weather forecasting, meat inspections and job training. Today, he admitted that the list is merely his speculation as the GOP has not specified these cuts.
