Defense Rests In Hudson Family Murder Trial

Attorneys for the man accused of killing Jennifer Hudson’s mother, brother and nephew put on a brief defense Tuesday before resting their case. William Balfour, the Oscar winner’s former brother-in-law, has pleaded not guilty in the slayings.
